Ok, Gang – every classroom, every organization and every household has rules. They make everything run smoother and evens the playing field for everyone. We have to have rules too. And even though you are my favorite customer ever, here’s the deal …
Ordering: You have several options when placing an order. You may call, fax, mail, email or come directly to the store to shop. In any case, we ask that you make sure you fill out the order form completely, including product number & description. This will ensure accuracy and promptness in filling your order.
Special orders: If you do not see what you want online, please contact us by calling 724-282-1173 or email me. We’ll do our best to find what you need or recommend something similar.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to make product substitutions of similar quality and price.
Prices: Unfortunately, all prices are subject to change. We will bill you at the manufacturer’s latest selling price. In case of a sizeable increase, we will notify you before shipping.
Shipping charges: Minimum shipping charge is $5.95. Orders under $100, please add 15%; and 10% for orders totaling over $100. Orders will ship UPS or may be picked up at our retail store. In most cases, if you arrange for pick-up no shipping charges will be added. Please include a street address as UPS cannot deliver to a PO box. When weight, UPS and/or truck delivery is indicated, additional charges may apply. Items marked “FOB FACTORY” will incur shipping charges from the factory location.
Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks may be sent, however this may slow the shipment of your order. Payment must accompany orders from individuals. We accept purchase orders from schools, churches and other authorized institutions. New accounts take a minimum 48 hrs to establish. Terms after account set-up are net 30 days. Shipment: If an item is out of stock, it will be noted as a “back order” on your packing list and invoice. You will not be charged until the item(s) is shipped. If you do not want your item(s) back ordered or wish to cancel a back order, please notify us by calling, faxing or emailing within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Back orders will be shipped as we receive the item(s) from the manufacturer. Sorry, no overseas shipments at this time.
Damages: It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect their order upon delivery and note any damages or shortages with the carrier. Claims must be made within 48 hours. We will make every effort to correct any shortage or damage to a customer order. Please save all packaging and cartons if your shipment has been damaged. Please call us as soon as a problem is detected so we can correct it ASAP.
Returns: Unopened or unused product may be returned within 30 days. Your account will be credited the price of the item minus the shipping charges. Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. ALL returned products must be in resaleable condition. Software, cd’s and cassettes must be unopened, except in the case of defective product. Printed materials such as workbooks and other reproducibles may NOT be returned due to copyright laws. Special-ordered items, furniture and plush are also non-returnable. Gift wrapping: This is a FREE service for any purchase. Just indicate whether this is a birthday present or a “just because” occasion.
